drew de pinto is an editor and filmmaker based on lenape land in queens, nyc. they are interested in counter-archives and experimental nonfiction as ways of interrogating the past and present to imagine the future.
drew’s work has been featured on the new yorker, PBS, and art21. their short film compton’s ’22 was recognized by the international documentary association and the british film institute. they have programmed for newfest, mix nyc, and seattle translations, and have worked for clients including XTR, A&E, vox, and insignia films.
